Being focused

Hey everyone hope you have a great day and again welcome to my new followers it is great to meet you!

Also, I want to add that today has been a great session I did some great unconventional movements in the gym.

I think that if you have a routine and you are happy with, certain exercises you are comfortable with, I think you should try this; adjusting the grip and where you put your hands and feet, it works a totally different area of your muscle to give you an advantage all round in progression.

Tonight doing this is helped me massively I feel like I have worked areas I haven’t for a while at least!

A tip I watched on YouTube recently which really has helped me, which I want to share with you.

This being said, it has given me a renewed focus on my development plan and I think like most things keeping is fresh – keeps you focused!
