The key: Giving 100%

I keep hearing from my gym mates that you need to work hard or go home!

I do believe in giving 100% when training to ensure you push to failure and you benefit from the time spent in the gym. After all it is generally only around an hour you are there out of 24 in a day.

I am about to train chest and I like chest (so does most men I know!) but I have a routine which is working very well for me and my personal best is increasing at a good and continuing rate.

The thing is I am feeling great and I give 100% to my training, I often try and carry this mentality into other areas of my life too which I am are you can relate too.
