Tonight we cardio (No that’s not Spanish!)

Although I am a huge believer in the fact that resistance training burns fat better than cardio I do still like to run.

Mainly for the mental therapy aspect of it! It ready does wash out the days challenges and sends those endorphins running wild! 💪

I am thinking a short hamstring and bicep session to give the small muscle groups some focus and then to work on the most important muscle of them all, the heart!
